Phone Call
During an initial telephone consultation it will be clarified whether a personal appointment is necessary for a presentation or a detailed agreement.
Appointment Arrangement
One of our consultants will send you the date, renderings of your desired model and - if available for your application - a white paper or other information material.
Presentation
Once you have confirmed the date, we will present our solutions to you. This can be done remotely via Teamviewer, at your location or at our premises.
Offer Preparation
After the presentation a detailed offer will be prepared for you. This contains all items and the total price, so that you can calculate afterwards.
Debriefing
In a personal or telephone debriefing, all positions that have been optionally named in the offer are reviewed.
Placing of Order
If you are convinced of our approach and the proposed solutions, we will be happy to place an order.
Detailed Discussion
For the duration of the project you will be assigned a project manager who will provide you with intensive support. After the order is placed, a first detailed discussion will take place with him. Further key data regarding payment, delivery, installation and delivery date will be agreed upon there.
