SHIPPING OF PURCHASING DEVICES
Shipping by parcel
We ship small systems, such as the SIRRION 12″ and 15″, and spare parts by parcel.
35,00 € within Germany
Shipping with euro pallet
We ship almost all kiosk systems between 19″ and 42″ by euro pallet.
- 219,00 € – 1 device per pallet, in Germany
- 270,00 € – 2 devices per pallet, in Germany
- 382,00 € – 1 device per pallet, to Austria
- 591,00 € – 1 device per pallet, incl. customs, in Switzerland
For some devices, shipping with 2 devices per pallet is possible. Please ask our sales department via the contact form linked above.
Special pallet
All models larger than 49″ we ship by special pallet. Prices are agreed individually depending on the product. Please feel free to ask our sales department via the contact form above.
Trackcase
Upon request, we ship devices in a sturdy transport box/flight case. Only 1 device per case will be packed.

Courier
If you wish, we can ship our products by courier. The cost depends on the delivery address and other factors. We will be happy to check availability for you upon request.
We recommend shipping by courier for quantities of more than 2 models, especially for devices 43″ and above.
SHIPPING OF RENTAL DEVICES
- per Euro pallet: CERES 22″, Console 32″
- per case: PHEX Stand 55″
- by courier: costs depend on delivery address
A forwarding agency delivers the products to you by euro pallet or case to free curb.
The costs correspond to a shipment of purchased equipment.
If desired, we can commission a courier to deliver the model to the point of use. Please ask our sales department.
