At eKiosk we live an interdisciplinary way of working. The result: effective and innovative product development through close cooperation between designers and engineers. In this way, the various factors such as function, aesthetics, technology or production costs can be included and optimised at the same time.
Design as a visualized idea
The main part of our extensive consulting services is to realize the customer’s ideas. If you come to us with an idea, we try to model it as effectively and as accurately as possible into a design. For this purpose we employ an external design expert who has been creating renderings for us for decades. We are always in close contact with him in order to make arrangements, because this is the only way to achieve a satisfying result in the end.
However, these renderings are not yet stored with construction data, but are the visualization of the idea. 3D renderings have the great advantage that customers do not have to use their own imagination to get an idea. Rather, the client receives a very precise first impression of what the product could look like later, before the actual development. This way we make sure that our product meets the customers needs.

The Casing
The selected components and the required power supply are fitted into a casing that has been designed in advance using CAD.
The Housing Construction
Housing design is one of the most important activities of the research and development department. In a final rendering, the cases are elaborated to such an extent that they can be built in production.
This rendering is made on the basis of design and production data and thus corresponds to reality. The manufacturing technology is integrated into the process to such an extent that welding, riveting, drilling, bending, etc. can be carried out without subsequent adjustment of the design data.
Our enclosures are made of 90% metal, because it offers the greatest flexibility to design even the smallest possible number of units according to customer requirements.
