Remote Service
Depending on the individual case, we also offer a remote service. This saves you money, because we do not have to send a technician, but process the service case from our office. For this we need access to the customer's network, which is why prior consultation with the customer's IT department is necessary.
Return Service
Returns are handled according to the bring-in principle: you bear the cost of sending the goods to us and we bear the cost of returning them to you. You can obtain instructions for proper packaging from our service centre.
Maintenance Services
