Children are not allowed to go to school, employees not to work and citizens not to the office. To combat the coronavirus, the federal government has drastically restricted public life. Our partner Smart CJM has developed a cloud solution to help administrations to be there for the people.
Currently, the most important thing is to avoid human gatherings. Waiting in a full district office is therefore simply not an option. The situation would be too dangerous for everyone involved. Smart CJM has a suitable solution to make it easier to keep your distance. Using a cloud-based platform, public institutions can assign appointments and plan them in such a way that citizens do not meet each other. In doing so, the office itself has the power to sort the requests according to their urgency.
Digital support for citizens and employees
From home, people can book a fixed appointment on their PC or smartphone and only have access to the town hall or citizens’ office only at this time. The confirmation of the appointment must be shown at the entrance of the building. Administration staff can use their tablet, which is also part of the cloud solution, to check which citizens are registered and which are not.
The tool also offers the possibility to get an overview of all persons who are currently in the building. A digital call-uin system is also connected to the full-service provider’s solution for queue management.
