Retail 4.0 | eKiosk equips GLOBUS stores with touch totems

Customers can now obtain information at digital terminals with touch screens in more than 120 GLOBUS stores. The company is thus taking another important step in the direction of digitization and offering its customers real added value.

At the 55” stand display, product locations can be researched, vouchers can be requested by customer card and recipe videos can be viewed. The individual PHEX stand devices have been extended by scanners and printers and can be operated intuitively thanks to the touch screen.

With this project, GLOBUS wants to intensify the customer journey in its markets through a unique customer experience and further increase customer satisfaction. eKiosk worked closely with the software developers of Fabrik19 and the GLOBUS development department for this innovative solution in stationary retail.
