The new PHEX VS 42″ telepresence systems for VR banks

The new telepresence systems from eKiosk unfold their full benefit in direct customer use. Credit institutions such as savings banks and Volksbanken & Raiffeisenbanken (VR) can rely on the systems and guarantee their customers the usual added value of high-quality consulting.

Together with its partner Tellma, eKiosk has intelligently enhanced an existing product. Our telepresence systems PHEX VS 42″ based on the popular PHEX series have been equipped with innovative features. Thus, the user is presented with a solution that is perfectly tailored to his needs. 

Useful features for financial institutions

Especially for banks, the new systems offer great added value, because the high-resolution display enables the advisor to make contact with the customer in a way that is unimaginably close to a face-to-face consultation. The innovative PTZ camera technology and state-of-the-art PC hardware enables smooth video calls via the terminal. The improved audio output presents the advice clearly and comprehensibly and the advisor can provide the customer with further relevant information via the interactive screen. Screen sharing to visualise complex issues or the use of animations to illustrate them are the new standard in digital advice and expand the advisory options for bank employees. 

Digital business transactions

To ensure that the consultation via video telephony can lead to a business deal, we listened carefully and paid attention to the needs of the banks during the construction. For example, there is an extra large sign pad for digital business transactions, a document scanner integrated in the top part and an NFC interface. 


The smart digital signage stele can also be integrated into a queue management system and contribute to improved customer satisfaction. No matter whether the device is located in a branch with or without staff: The added value in an application is guaranteed for the customer and the bank employee!
